Knitting Class Your first sweater 2025.01.26 and 02.09

Learn to knit a sweater top down with easy techniques. No prior knowledge to knitting is necessary. Choose sizes from 7-8 y to 3XL.

Part 1 – January 26th
Door opens at 9:30 for yarn and needle shopping.
– Cast on / increase stitches
– Knit stitch
– Purl stitch

Part 2 – Feb 2nd
– Pick up stitches
– Bind off
– Weave in ends

You will need
– 16″ | 40 cm and 32″ | 80 cm circular needles US 17 | 12 mm
– 16″ | 40 cm circular needles US 11 | 8 mm
– Yarn  120 y | 110 m per 50 g – sizes 7-8 (9-10) 11-12 år (2XS) XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL will need about 200 (200) 250 (250) 230 (300) 350 g each of 2 different colours. I have used Pickles Cozy . All materials can be purchased at the workshop.

The workshop will be held in English / Norwegian. Individual help in your preferred language. If you need more help after the workshop or can’t make it to the second date you are welcome to drop by during opening hours. We usually have time to help within 10-15 minutes.
